46（フォーティシックス）の名前の由来は後熟に使われる樽材のオーダー番号。 熟成した原酒樽のなかに「インナーステイブ」と呼ばれる焦がしたフレンチオークの板を沈め、10数ヶ月間後熟。 この後熟がもたらす、甘いキャラメルやバニラのアロマと、リッチな味わい長くスムーズな余韻が非常に魅力的。
