【池袋西口シーシャ×バー】シーシャをずっと美味しく吸うには？

今回は、シーシャをずっと美味しく吸うには？ということでまとめました！
これを見て次ご来店された際に、意識してみると
よりシーシャを楽しく美味しく吸えるかと思います。
さて、シーシャは吸い方により美味しさが変わる？とのことですが、
そもそもシーシャはフレーバーを炭で熱し、そこで発生した煙を水にくぐらせ吸うものですので、
熱による変化が顕著なんです。
(フレーバーによっては変化が少ないものもありますが、、)
この熱が上がったり下がったりする要因は、
・炭の個数
・アルミの穴の大きさ、穴の量
・吸う強さ、回数、頻度
が主なものです。
3つ目の「吸う強さ、回数、頻度」に注目してほしいのですが、
吸う強さが弱かったり、回数が少なかったり、また頻度が少ないと
シーシャボトル内の熱がうまく循環せずに熱がこもった状態になります。
これによりフレーバーの温度が高くなりすぎてしまい、煙がイガイガする原因になるのです。
そのため、画像の文の通り、
・深呼吸のリズムで大きく吸って吐き出す
をイメージして吸ってあげると、丁度よく熱が循環します。
ただ、ずっとこのような吸い方ですと、特に初心者の方は酸欠になってしまう可能性もございますので、
無理のないペースで、適度に休憩しつつ吸ってあげてくださいね！
